How Is Fiber Laser Marking Machine TCO Calculated?
Total Cost of Ownership looks beyond the initial machine price. This calculator considers the initial investment, annual operating costs, maintenance, consumables, electricity and estimated residual value over the selected ownership period.
TCO = Initial Investment + Operating Costs − Residual Value

How Is Fiber Laser Marking ROI Calculated?
The calculation is simple. We compare your current marking cost with the estimated operating cost of a fiber laser, then multiply the difference by your monthly production volume.
1. Savings per Part
Current marking cost − fiber laser marking cost.
2. Monthly Savings
Savings per part × monthly production quantity.
3. Payback Period
Machine investment ÷ estimated monthly savings.
