10. Warranty

JQ Laser currently provides a 2-year free warranty for the whole machine under applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage may depend on the machine configuration, component, cause of failure and actual service conditions.

Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, accidents or other circumstances outside the applicable warranty terms may not be covered.

The final warranty scope is subject to the applicable quotation, warranty terms and order documents.

11. After-Sales Service

Our service policy includes long-term technical support, including remote technical guidance, maintenance support, spare-parts support, software upgrades and other services according to the applicable service conditions.

We also provide lifetime maintenance support according to the applicable service terms.

12. Customer Responsibilities
