Laser Marking Machine Shipping & Delivery

Buying a laser marking machine from China is not only about the machine price. Freight, export packing, customs, import taxes, local delivery and unloading can all affect your final landed cost.

JQ Laser currently ships laser marking machines internationally through freight-forwarding and sea-freight arrangements. We work with buyers to confirm the machine configuration, package information, shipping route and agreed trade term before dispatch.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Laser Marking Machine?

Your total lead time is not the same as the shipping time. For an international order, you should normally consider production, testing, export preparation, international transit, customs clearance and final delivery separately.

01

Order

Configuration and shipping requirements are confirmed.

02

Production

Machine is manufactured and configured.

03

Testing

Machine functions and required application parameters are checked.

04

Shipping

The packed machine is handed to the agreed logistics provider.

05

Delivery

Customs and local delivery are completed according to the shipping arrangement.

Which Shipping Method Is Right for Your Order?

The right shipping method depends on the machine weight, package size, order quantity, destination and how quickly you need the equipment.

OPTION 01

Sea Freight

JQ Laser commonly uses sea-freight and freight-forwarding arrangements for international machine shipments.

  • Suitable for heavier equipment
  • Suitable for multiple machines
  • Suitable when freight cost is important
  • FCL or LCL may be considered by the logistics provider
OPTION 02

Air Freight

Air freight may be considered when the buyer needs faster international transportation and the cargo is suitable for the route.

  • Faster than most sea routes
  • Suitable for urgent projects
  • Higher freight cost than sea in many cases
  • Final route depends on cargo dimensions and destination
OPTION 03

Express / Courier

Express courier can be considered for compact equipment, documents, accessories or spare parts when the carrier accepts the shipment.

  • Fast for suitable packages
  • Door-to-door service may be available
  • Tracking usually available
  • Not always economical for heavy machines

COUNTRY SHIPPING GUIDE

Shipping Cost & Delivery Time by Country

International freight changes with fuel costs, carrier capacity, exchange rates, package dimensions, gross weight, destination, customs requirements and the selected shipping route. The figures below are therefore intended as a budget-planning reference, not a fixed JQ Laser freight quotation.

Important pricing note: JQ Laser does not currently publish fixed country-by-country freight prices because actual freight must be quoted against the machine’s final package dimensions, gross weight, destination address and shipping route. The cost bands below are indicative planning ranges for a standard laser-marking-machine shipment and should not be treated as a contractual freight offer.

*Planning freight ranges are not JQ Laser quotations. They are broad budgeting references only. Actual freight must be confirmed against the final package, gross weight, destination, shipping route and carrier quotation. Import duty, VAT/GST, customs brokerage, port charges and local delivery are not included unless explicitly stated in the commercial quotation.

Package Weight & Why It Matters

Freight is affected by both actual weight and package dimensions. For this reason, the final freight quote should be calculated after the exact machine and packing method are confirmed.

110 kg

Standard Machine Reference

The current internal reference for a standard JQ Laser machine is approximately 110 kg gross weight. The final packed weight depends on the actual model and accessories.

58 kg

Portable Machine Reference

The current reference for a Portable Laser Marking Machine is approximately 58 kg gross weight. Final shipping weight should be confirmed for the actual configuration.

Why dimensions matter: Air and courier freight may use dimensional or volumetric weight when applicable. This is one reason a simple “price per kilogram” calculation cannot always predict the final freight charge.
EXPORT PACKAGING

How JQ Laser Packages Machines for International Transport

JQ Laser uses plywood combined with solid-wood structural components for export wooden crates. The current packaging process also includes an ISPM 15 marking arrangement.

The exact crate dimensions and packing structure depend on the machine, accessories and transportation method.

01 · Protective Packing

Machine surfaces and vulnerable components are protected before the outer crate is closed.

02 · Plywood + Solid Wood

The export crate uses plywood together with solid-wood structural components.

03 · ISPM 15 Marking

JQ Laser’s current export wooden packaging carries an ISPM 15 marking arrangement.

04 · Packing List

Shipment information and package details are prepared for logistics and customs handling.

According to the International Plant Protection Convention, ISPM 15 addresses wood packaging material made from raw wood used in international trade. The standard also distinguishes processed wood materials such as plywood.

UNITED STATES IMPORT

Importing a Laser Marking Machine into the United States

The U.S. FDA maintains a product classification for industrial or commercial laser markers and engravers under product code RHK. Applicable laser-product requirements should be checked for the specific machine before import.

JQ Laser U.S. Documentation Status

JQ Laser currently does not have its own FDA/CDRH accession number. Therefore, we do not make a claim on this page that every JQ Laser laser marking machine is automatically cleared for U.S. import.

U.S. buyers should confirm the applicable FDA/CDRH requirements for the exact laser product with their customs broker and supplier before shipment.
