Laser Marking Machine Service & Support
Buying a laser marking machine is only the beginning. The more important question is what happens before the machine arrives, when you start production, and when you need technical support later.
At JQ Laser, our support process covers application evaluation, sample testing, machine preparation, shipping coordination, installation, operator training, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
What Can We Help With?
Support Throughout the Buying Process
A laser marking machine project normally involves more than choosing a machine. We break the process into several practical steps so you know what needs to be confirmed at each stage.
Application
Understand material, marking content and target result.
Sample Test
Test the actual material and marking requirements.
Configuration
Confirm laser power, lens, rotary and other options.
Production
Machine assembly, testing and preparation.
Delivery
International shipping and delivery coordination.
Support
Installation, training and technical support.
Our Service & Support Areas
Choose the area you need help with. Each service page will provide more specific information about the process and what you should prepare before contacting us.
Laser Machine Selection
Not sure whether you need fiber, UV, CO2 or MOPA? Start with your material, marking content and production requirements instead of choosing only by laser power.
Compare Laser Technologies →Sample Testing
Your actual material tells us more than a generic demonstration sample. Testing helps determine whether the marking result, contrast, depth and detail meet your requirements.
Request a Sample Test →Shipping & Delivery
Understand shipping methods, packaging, Incoterms, documents, customs responsibilities and delivery arrangements before placing an order.
View Shipping & Delivery →Installation & Training
Understand the basic machine setup, software operation, focusing, parameter adjustment, maintenance and operator workflow.
Installation & Training →After-Sales Support
When a marking result changes or the machine needs troubleshooting, structured technical information helps us identify the problem faster.
After-Sales Support →Warranty
Review what is covered, what information may be required for a warranty claim and how technical issues are handled.
View Warranty Policy →When a Marking Problem Appears, Start With the Process
A marking problem is not always caused by the laser source. Changes in focus, workpiece position, lens contamination, parameter settings, material surface condition or software settings can also affect the result.
For this reason, technical support works better when we can look at the complete application rather than only the machine model.
Information That Helps Us Diagnose Faster
- Machine model and laser power
- Material being marked
- Current marking parameters
- Photo or video of the marking result
- Photo of the workpiece position
- Description of what changed
- Whether the problem happens on all products
- Whether software or hardware settings were recently changed
Sample Testing Before You Buy
For applications where marking quality matters, testing the actual material is usually more useful than relying on a general product video.
Actual metal, plastic or other workpiece.
Logo, text, QR code, Data Matrix or graphic.
Contrast, depth, size, finish and readability.
Expected cycle time and daily production volume.
Installation & Operator Training
A machine is not really useful until your operator can run it confidently.
Training can cover the basic machine workflow, software operation, focusing, file preparation, parameter adjustment and routine maintenance according to the machine configuration.
Learn About Installation & Training →Typical Training Topics
- Machine startup and shutdown
- Laser marking software operation
- Importing and preparing marking files
- Focus adjustment
- Basic parameter adjustment
- Rotary marking operation when applicable
- Routine cleaning and maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting
Shipping Is Part of the Project
For international buyers, the machine price is not the only number that matters. Shipping method, customs responsibility, taxes and local delivery can all affect your final landed cost.
Courier, air freight or sea freight according to the shipment.
DDP, DAP, FOB or EXW according to the agreed quotation.
Import duties, taxes and customs responsibilities depend on the destination and agreed terms.
Delivery arrangements depend on destination, carrier and selected shipping service.
Support After the Machine Arrives
We understand that a laser marking machine becomes part of your production process. When you have a technical question, the goal is to identify the cause and get the machine back to normal operation as efficiently as possible.
Parameter Support
Help review marking parameters when the result does not match the expected application.
Troubleshooting
Use photos, videos and machine information to identify possible causes and next steps.
Warranty Process
Review warranty coverage and the information required for a technical or warranty case.
