When a Marking Problem Appears, Start With the Process

A marking problem is not always caused by the laser source. Changes in focus, workpiece position, lens contamination, parameter settings, material surface condition or software settings can also affect the result.

For this reason, technical support works better when we can look at the complete application rather than only the machine model.
